Booking

Submitting the contact form on our (Balkan Drivers) website, requesting a ride, and receiving our offer does not constitute a reservation. A booking is only confirmed once you accept our offer and verify all the details sent to you by our operator. The reservation is finalized after your acceptance and confirmation.

 

Driver’s Contact

The designated driver will contact you at least a day before your ride. Ensure your phone is reachable. We may cancel the ride if we cannot contact you and the ride hasn’t been paid in advance. Feel free to contact the driver for ride details and easier coordination, but for future bookings, please contact our office.

 

Cancellation

Rides can be canceled without a refund if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

 

Departure from Your Address

The driver will arrive at your pick-up location 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time unless there is sufficient parking, so they will arrive exactly on time. You will receive a call from the driver upon arrival. The maximum free waiting time is 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.

 

Departure from the Airport

For airport pick-ups, the driver will monitor your flight and wait for you at the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. If you cannot locate the driver due to crowds, please call them. The driver will wait up to 1 hour after your plane lands, giving you ample time to clear customs, collect your luggage, and exit. If your flight is delayed by more than an hour, we may need to reassign the driver or, in rare cases, cancel the ride.

 

Price and Possible Additional Charges

The fare for your ride is fixed and covers all transportation costs for the entire vehicle. Additional charges may apply if any changes to the agreed-upon ride details, such as a change of address, additional waiting time, or route changes. If your drop-off location is not specified and only the city is mentioned, it is assumed that the drop-off point is within 5 kilometers of the city center.

 

Passengers and Luggage

The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your companions, with no additional passengers or other people’s luggage allowed. The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. Ensure your luggage is securely packed to avoid damaging it or the vehicle’s interior. The driver has the authority to terminate the ride if passengers exhibit inappropriate behavior.

 

Travel

Our vehicles are clean, non-smoking, and equipped with WIFI. The driver may take short breaks during the trip if needed. Please keep the vehicle clean during and after your ride.

 

Payment

The remaining fare should be paid in cash before leaving the vehicle unless a card terminal was requested or the ride was fully prepaid via bank transfer or PayPal. If card payment fails, the driver will take you to the nearest ATM.

 

Please Check

Before leaving the vehicle, ensure you have all your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost items left in the car.

Important!

For future rides, please contact our office directly, not the drivers. Drivers are not permitted to arrange rides directly with clients. However, you can request a specific driver through our operator, and if they are available, we will be happy to accommodate your request.
